The Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch is a humanitarian organization dedicated to alleviating human suffering and improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Assam. Functioning under the umbrella of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), it adheres to the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, namely: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary Service, Unity, and Universality.
