Healthcare & Ambulance Services

The Indian Red Cross Society, Assam State Branch, has been a trusted name in providing affordable healthcare and emergency services for decades. Through hospitals, ambulance services, and specialized care centers, we strive to reach the most vulnerable and ensure that no one is left behind in times of need.

Red Cross Hospitals – We operate three hospitals located at Chandmari (Guwahati), Silchar, and Karimganj. These hospitals provide accessible medical care to thousands of patients every year, serving both urban and rural populations with affordable treatment facilities.

Renal Care Center – At our Chandmari, Guwahati hospital, we have established the Renal Care Center, in collaboration with The Hans Foundation, a free dialysis facility for patients suffering from kidney ailments. This initiative is a major step towards ensuring life-saving treatment for underprivileged communities.

Ambulance Services – Our fleet of 10 ambulances is always ready to provide reliable emergency support across Assam. These services ensure timely medical assistance, even in remote and disaster-affected areas, reinforcing our mission of service to humanity.
